Complete the Steps for Establishing Administrative Setup
When you purchase Greenway Telehealth, your practice admin will receive an email with a username and temporary password, and a link to Greenway Telehealth. The practice admin follows the prompts from the link in the email, and then navigates to the Settings page.

Set up Telehealth
On the Settings page, your practice’s Telehealth admin:

Greenway Intergy & Prime Suite Users: Enable Greenway Telehealth Integration with Intergy & Prime Suite
Greenway Intergy and Prime Suite users: Your practice admin will enable integration with your EHR.
- Intergy (v12.15 or later)
- Prime Suite (v18.00.04.00 or later)
Notes:
- When your admin creates new users, a system-generated email is sent with instructions to the new users.
- If your admin is also a provider, the admin can assign that role after creating the practice users.
- After the initial setup is complete, the admin can manage users and provider licenses.
