To update your practice display name and phone number, select the dropdown arrow and then enter your updated practice name and phone number. Select Save when finished.
The practice display name has a 64-character limit.
Practice Settings will not display if you do not have administrator permissions to an E-Room.
Your office's phone number will appear on the patient check-in page and in the patient waiting room in case your patients have difficulty access their virtual visit and need your assistance.
