Telehealth Integration in Patient List and Flow Tracking

In Prime Suite, you can track your patient's Telehealth appointments with arrival (AR) and in progress (IP) events and launch a Greenway Telehealth™ virtual visit from the Patient List.

Requires Prime Suite 18.00.04.00 or later.

Use the screenshots that reflect your current version of Prime Suite. The captions below the screenshots indicate the version number.

Telehealth Events in Patient List

You can access the Patient List by:

a. Selecting Registration > Virtual Information: Check-In.
b. Selecting Registration > Patient List.
c. Selecting the Greenway logo to open Desktop.

In any row that has Yes ' or 'in the Telehealth column, the following events can appear in the Telehealth column depending on whether a patient verifies a Telehealth appointment and the stage of a virtual visit (arrival or in progress).

  • When a user starts a call with a patient that has verified an appointment the In Progress (IP) event appears in the Telehealth column.

Launch Virtual Waiting Room in Patient List

In Patient List you can launch a virtual visit with a patient directly from a row in the list.

To launch a virtual visit in Patient List:

1. Right-click on the desired patient's row and then select Launch Virtual Visit.

2. Sign in to Greenway Telehealth™.

The Launch Virtual Visit option is unavailable if:

  • The patient has not checked in to the virtual visit.
  • The appointment is not a Telehealth appointment.
