Launch Telehealth in Prime Suite

Prime Suite practices users are able to launch a virtual visit and user's virtual waiting rooms from several areas in Prime Suite. This allows Prime Suite practice users in a variety of roles to access Greenway Telehealthâ„¢ from within Prime Suite.

Requires Prime Suite v18.00.04.00 or later.

Launch a Virtual Visit in Patient List

In Patient List you can launch a virtual visit with a patient directly from a row in the list.

You can access the Patient List by:

a. Selecting Registration > Virtual Information: Check-In.
b. Selecting Registration > Patient List.
c. Selecting the Greenway logo to open Desktop.

To launch a virtual visit in Patient List:

1. Right-click on the desired patient's row and then select Launch Virtual Visit.

2. Sign in to Telehealth.

The Launch Virtual Visit option is not available if:

  • The patient has not checked-in to the virtual visit.
  • The appointment is not a Telehealth appointment.

Appointment Scheduling

To access your virtual waiting room in Appointment Scheduling select Schedule > Appointment Scheduling and then select the Virtual Waiting Room button.

Patient Charts

To access your virtual waiting room in Patient Charts select Charts > Patient Charts and then select the Virtual Waiting Room button.

Visit Information Check-in

To access your virtual waiting room in Visit Information: Check-In select Registration > Visit Information: Check-In and then select the Virtual Waiting Room button.

Appointment Not Found

If a user attempts to launch a Telehealth appointment in Prime Suite for a room in which the user does not have access, the following displays:

If this error occurs, the user will need to be added to the E-Room in which the appointment occurs. See the User Management help topic for more information on adding users to a room.
